اعضای این شرکت درابتدا با تاسیس و ثبت شرکت بازرگانی در کشوردبی با نام مادین اقدام به فعالیت در امر صادرات و واردات تمامی محصولات و تولیدات صنعتی و معدنی نمود .
در سال 84 با تکیه بر تجارب زمین شناسی ومعدنی و با تاسیس شرکت پارس معادن علاوه بر حفظ فعالیت شرکت مادین فعالیت در کار اکتشاف و استخراج سنگهای معدنی ،گستره فعالیتهای خود را افزایش دادو اکنون با داشتن چندین معدن سنگ آهن در نقاط مختلف کشور و همچنین داشتن مالکیت معدن کبالت که از نادرترین مواد معدنی می باشد و سنگ تزیینی معدن رودفرق از توابع شهرستان جیرفت ،دامنه کاری خود را با صدور محصولات به کشورهای مختلف بسیار گسترده و با افتخار در مسیر شکوفایی میهن اسلامی قدم نهاده ایم . حال که این هولدینگ بین اللملی پای به دیار کریمان نهاده تا با بهره وری از ذخائر معدنی بی نظیر، این دیاررا به یک برند جهانی تبدیل نماید از مردم و مسئولان محترم انتظار دارد تا فرهنگ پذیرش سرمایه گذارغیر بومی را نهادینه کرد ه تا دست در دست هم مسیر آبادانی را طی نماییم.

In 2005, having gained enough geological and mineral experience and established Pars Maaden Company, the members of this company besides keeping Madin company extended their activities in exploration and extraction of mineral stones. Having had several Iron Ore Mines and a Cobalt Mine, as a rare mineral, and an ornamental stone mine, situated in Rodefargh as a city of Jiroft. The members of this company have been able to export their products to different countries and take actions to develop their Islamic country. Thus, this international holding has come to Kerman region in order to explore its unique minerals and make it as an international brand. Therefore, it is expected that the respected people and authorities of this region do their best to accept the non-local investors and institutionalize such an acceptance as a culture there in order to cooperate with each other on the development road
